Returns/Refunds

If you are not satisfied that WeEditFast has fulfilled its service duties according to the written instructions provided by you via your www.weeditfast.com job sheet, then you can ask for the work to be re-done after specifying where the work returned to you by WeEditFast does not meet your initial submitted instructions. Once this process is finalised and the amended finished product is returned to you, if you remain unsatisfied with the work of WeEditFast, then you can apply for a refund. You should notify us as soon as possible via email in the first instance (team@weeditfast.com) so we can resolve your query.

If, following investigation, we conclude that your claim is warranted then WeEditFast will credit your nominated account with the job fee.

If, following investigation, we conclude that your claim is not warranted, then WeEditFast will respond to your query by email stating this and confirming the details of your job, and why we believe that WeEditFast has fulfilled its obligations.

Disputes

If you believe that there has been an error in debiting your account, you should notify us as soon as possible via email in the first instance (team@weeditfast.com) so we can resolve your query. Alternatively, you can take this up directly with your bank or financial institution.

Following investigation, if we conclude that your account has been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by arranging for your bank or financial institution to amend your account, including interest and charges, accordingly. We also will also notify you in writing of the amount your account has been amended.

Following investigation, if we conclude that your account has not been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by email stating this and confirming the details of your account debit.
